Hi, I'm Parmis!
Hi, my name is Parmis. Growing up, I was always passionate about being creative and making things with my hands. Therefore, I loved to use Legos to create a whole new world just by simple bricks. Now, as a high schooler, I know that the opportunities I had to create as a little kid have profoundly shaped who I am today. I want everyone to have this opportunity, regardless of their background. I started this fundraiser in response to COVID-19, which had especially hurt the little kids who didn't have the resources to continue to have fun and be creative during that difficult time. Seeing the impact of that effort and the joy that it brought to each classroom, I decided to continue with this fundraiser to be able to donate basic Lego sets to more students in the Boston area, and reach as many children as I can. Along the way, I have met other individuals who resonate with the Circle of Bricks mission, and are starting their own chapter in making a difference in the lives of the children in their local communities! |
Hey, I'm CJ!
Hey, my name is CJ. Since as long as I can remember, I have loved Legos. As a toddler, I spent hours playing with the larger Lego bricks, connecting them by size and color and shape. As I got older and moved up to smaller bricks, I realized that Legos offer endless creative possibilities! After learning about Parmis and her “Circle of Bricks” charity, I was inspired immediately, and wanted to help in an way I could. I am excited to say I am now hoping to help grow her foundation in the Memphis and Milwaukee areas, two cities I am from and hope I can make a difference in. I know what a positive impact Legos would make for kids in need - for them to be able to have the joy, Inspiration and educational impact they bring! I feel there is no greater need than now, with the difficulties the pandemic has brought so many kids and their families. I am thrilled to be a part of making the circle of Circle of Bricks even bigger! |
